In 2021 Sajecki Planning Inc. was retained by Edenshaw Developments Ltd., in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary consultant team, to secure municipal approvals for a 26-storey residential development at 49 South Service Road in Mississauga, Ontario. The development requires an Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment, and Site Plan Approval.

Situated adjacent to a new Light Rapid Transit station associated with the Hazel McCallion Line, the development serves as a rare intensification opportunity necessary to achieve the Mineola Major Transit Station Area’s population and employment targets.

The development incorporates 352 residential units, 902 square metres of amenity space, 137 vehicle parking spaces, 229 bicycle parking spaces and public realm improvements along the South Service Road frontage. The building is characterized by generous and staggered trapezoid balconies, as well as terra cotta coloured accent panelling intended to blend with the surrounding area.
