In 2020 Sajecki Planning Inc. was retained by Yee Hong Seniors Living, in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary consultant team, to secure municipal approvals for a 18-storey retirement residence and a 13-storey life lease building at 5510 Mavis Road in Mississauga, Ontario, known as the Yee Hong Centre for Geriatric Care. The development requires a Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Approval.

The site is located at the southwest corner of Mavis Road and Father D’Souza Drive. The southern portion of the lands are currently occupied by a 5-storey 200 bed long-term care home, and the northern portion of the lands are vacant.

The vision for the site is to provide a fully integrated campus of care where seniors can progress from one stage of life and required care to another and also remain close to a spouse or loved one if varying levels of health create separation. The development incorporates 481 residential units ranging from studio to twobedroom plus den units.
